2022 USBC Super Senior Classic
USBC Super Senior Classic
The 2022 USBC Super Senior Classic presents a moderately challenging 40-foot medium pattern with a 3.09:1 ratio that demands precision over power. The forward-heavy oil distribution (15.26mL forward vs 11.3mL reverse) creates a relatively flat lane through the front that transitions aggressively downlane, rewarding bowlers who can control skid length and read the backend reaction off the dry boards. With 590 total boards crossed and ICE & ICE conditioning, this pattern favors controlled approach angles and smooth releases over steep rev rates, making it suitable for players with diverse styles but punishing overly aggressive lines or equipment choices that mismatch the moderate oil volume.
