2024 PBA/PWBA Striking Against Breast Cancer Mixed Doubles
Various Patterns
The 2024 PBA/PWBA Striking Against Breast Cancer Mixed Doubles plays as a heavily oiled 42-foot track with a forward-heavy volume split (15.79mL forward, 14.2mL reverse) that creates a moderately angular response through the midlanes. The 2.26:1 ratio combined with 609 boards crossed produces a pattern that rewards precision without excessive board play, favoring controlled backends over aggressive angle play and suiting strokers and controlled speed players who can navigate the dense oil volume without overrevving. This FIRE & FIRE conditioner layout sits in that competitive middle ground where both direct play and slight axis adjustments work, but poor shot execution gets penalized quickly due to the heavy carry-down and defined transition zone.
