2024 PBA Salvino
Legend Patterns
The 2024 PBA Salvino is a long 44-foot pattern with heavy oil volume (29.1mL) that delivers exceptional forgiveness through its 5:1 ratio and pronounced wall structure, making it one of the more player-friendly Legend patterns despite the significant oil load. The near-balanced forward-to-reverse split (15.05mL to 14.05mL) with 582 boards crossed creates a defined backend with consistent downlane read, allowing bowlers to play straighter lines without excessive adjustment while still maintaining defined friction at the breakpoint. This pattern rewards speed control and line precision over radical hook potential, suiting strokers and control-oriented bowlers who can exploit the forgiving walls rather than those relying on extreme revolutions.
